Browse vendors, pick your date and time — just like a movie ticket — and send a request. When the vendor accepts, you get their phone number with Call and WhatsApp buttons, and you settle the details with them directly.
No. Searching, comparing and sending booking requests are free for customers. You pay the vendor their own price, with nothing added on top by us.
Only a vendor whose booking request you actually send, and only once they accept it. Your number is never shown on any listing or search page. Vendors may use it for that enquiry alone — no marketing lists, no passing it on. If one misuses it, write to grievance@festbooking.in with your booking reference.
Directly. FestBooking does not take any payment online right now — we introduce you to the vendor and share contact details once they accept. Agree the advance and balance with the vendor yourself, and always ask for a written quote and a receipt on WhatsApp.

Yes — cancel from My Bookings and tell the vendor directly. Since payment is between you and the vendor, whether any advance you paid them is refundable depends on the cancellation terms on their listing, so read those before you pay.
