For every confirmed booking, FestBooking deducts a 5% platform fee from the vendor's payout. This covers our secure escrow payment system, fraud protection, customer support, and platform maintenance. This fee applies to all plans equally.
Absolutely. You can cancel your Pro or Premium subscription at any time from your dashboard. You'll retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, then automatically move to the Starter plan.
When you start the Pro or Premium plan, you get 14 days of full access completely free — no credit card needed to start. At the end of the trial, you can choose to continue by adding a payment method, or you'll automatically revert to Starter.
We accept all major UPI apps (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and net banking. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
